The ZXV24-D Dual-AI XRT Ore Sorting Machine is specifically designed for large-size ore pre-concentration applications. Installed after coarse crushing and before secondary crushing, the system identifies and removes barren rock from ore streams ranging from 30 mm to 80 mm, significantly reducing downstream processing costs.

Combining advanced X-Ray Transmission (XRT) technology with Dual-AI mineral recognition algorithms, the ZXV24-D enables mining operations to upgrade ore quality at the earliest possible stage while increasing plant throughput and reducing energy consumption.
